Hi, I'm Omid Mohajeri,

a Bioinformatician & AI expert.

Holding two MSc degrees, including one in bioinformatics, both with distinction, I use bioinformatics and computational biology to analyze and interpret complex biological data, turning data into actionable insights. I specialize in developing innovative computational and bioinformatics tools, pipelines, and web applications, with a focus on integrating AI and machine learning to drive innovation and deliver personalized solutions, enhancing data analysis, and improving prediction accuracy.

I have extensive experience in R and Python, specializing in transcriptomics, including microarray, RNA-seq, and single-cell RNA-seq. However, I am eager to apply my skills in transcriptomics to other domains, such as genomics, epigenomics, and proteomics.

My research primarily focuses on various human diseases, especially cancers like breast and kidney cancer, but also extends to other health conditions.

With a strong foundation in AI, deep learning, and machine learning models, I am passionate about expanding my expertise in these areas and applying them to new challenges. My current focus is on leveraging these models to develop innovative solutions that advance healthcare outcomes through cutting-edge technology and comprehensive data analysis.
